On December 7–8, within the framework of cooperation, the leadership of the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA) and the ReGen clinic network, invited from Turkey, arrived in Azerbaijan, and the opening of the ReGen Stem Cell Center took place.
On December 7, the official opening of the ReGen Stem Cell Center was held within Leyla Medical Center, and a training program was conducted; on December 8, practical sessions were held, and international ISSCA certificates were presented to the participants.
The training program was conducted by Dr. Maritza Novas, invited from the United States; Prof. Dr. Serdar Kabataş, Prof. Dr. Melih Sezgiç, and Dr. Erdinç Civelek, invited from Turkey; as well as Dr. Ayten Aliyeva, Head of the ReGen•Baku Stem Cell Center, Neurologist, and Stem Cell Specialist.
