1. Parties
This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Referans Medical Group and the user ("User") who uses the Referans E-Result mobile application ("Application").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the User can view medical results, laboratory analyses, appointments, and use communication services through the Application.
3. Scope of Service
Through the Application, the User may:
- View personal medical results
- Access laboratory test results
- Track appointment information
- Send requests via the contact form
Referans Medical Group reserves the right to modify the scope of services without prior notice.
4. User Obligations
The User agrees:
- To provide accurate and personal information
- Not to use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Not to use information belonging to others
- Not to perform actions that may compromise the security of the Application
5. Account Security
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the identity number and phone number used for verification.
Referans Medical Group shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from sharing this information with third parties.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the Application (software, design, text, logos, graphics, etc.) belongs to Referans Medical Group.
The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided for informational purposes only.
Referans Medical Group shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical failures, or force majeure events.
8. Termination
The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Application.
Referans Medical Group reserves the right to terminate the service in case of violation of this Agreement.
9. Amendments
Referans Medical Group reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
The updated Agreement becomes effective upon publication within the Application.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and/or applicable international regulations.
