Referans Ambulance is the first private Emergency Medical Service in Azerbaijan, operating as part of Referans Medical Group. Our primary goal is to provide our patients with fast and reliable medical assistance in the most critical moments. For this reason, our experienced and dynamic medical team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing uninterrupted service.

Our service is built around a fully equipped fleet of modern mobile intensive care ambulances. Our ambulances and mobile intensive care units are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, including ventilation, monitoring, and resuscitation systems, and effectively operate as intensive care units on wheels. In accordance with international standards, our teams depart within 2 minutes of receiving a call and reach the scene as quickly as possible. Thanks to our expanding fleet and network, we provide emergency medical support not only in Baku but also throughout all regions of the Republic, including Karabakh.

Our services are not limited to emergency calls. Through our Pediatric Emergency Medical Service, we provide specialized care for our youngest patients — children — with dedicated attention and physicians specialized in pediatric medicine. In the field of patient transportation, we ensure the safe transfer of patients from one healthcare facility to another or to any location within the Republic.

Our Standby (Medical Escort) Service is an essential solution for large-scale events, concerts, sporting competitions, and corporate gatherings. To ensure the health and safety of participants, our fully equipped medical team and ambulance remain on standby in a designated area until the end of the event, enabling immediate intervention whenever necessary.

One of our most important advantages is our Air Ambulance Service. As the official distributor of Turkey-based Apronjet Aviation in Azerbaijan, Referans Medical Group provides patient transfers using specially equipped air ambulances, according to the patient’s medical condition and preferences. Through this service, patients can be transported to any foreign country or evacuated from a foreign country to Azerbaijan. As an international medical provider, we coordinate ground and air medical evacuation under a single system and provide continuous patient support from the scene of the incident to the final treatment center.
