"Cardio-oncology: modern views of the problem" was organized by the Scientific-Research Institute of Cardiology named after Academician C.Abdullayev on February
2-4 within the framework of the Heydar Aliyev Year with the support of Referans Medical Group. An international scientific-practical conference called "Cardio-oncology: modern views of the problem" was held.
At the event, which lasted 3 days, ECG, Cardiac anatomy, CPR and ECHO-CG courses were held for doctors, and the official part of the event discussed current problems and a modern approach to them.
İlgar Gasimov, Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ahliman Amiraslanov, Chairman of the Health Committee of the National Assembly, Hikmet Ibrahimli, Head of the Medical Planning Department of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, Rauf Beylarov, Vice-Rector of Azerbaijan Medical University, as well as well-known scientists of Turkey and Azerbaijan, MPs and media representatives attended the event.
First, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played. Later, the participants of the event were shown a documentary film made by Cardiological Research Institute in connection with the 100th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
At the event, our new and special services were promoted to doctors at the Referans Medical Group stand. Cardiological, cardio-oncological and genetic tests performed at the Reference Clinical Laboratory Center were reported, as well as the Reference Ambulance service, Mobile Anesthesiology service and our medical services at the address, especially the cardiology examinations performed at the address.
