Scientific Conference "The Future of Medicine: Innovative Technological Solutions"
The scientific conference titled "The Future of Medicine: Innovative Technological Solutions" was successfully held. The conference took place at the organization of Referans Medical Group and Turkey's "Uğur Sağlık Teknolojileri" LLC, in partnership with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, TƏBİB, and KOBİA.
During the event, the application of innovative technologies in medicine, the development of artificial intelligence-based solutions, and opportunities for international cooperation were discussed. Representatives of state institutions and healthcare specialists from Turkey and Azerbaijan delivered speeches on the importance of digitalization, medical innovations, and technological advancement.
At the opening ceremony, speeches were delivered by Hansiyar Babayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Referans Medical Group; Anar Israfilov, Deputy Executive Director of TƏBİB; Malahat Ibrahimgizi, member of the Health Committee of the Milli Majlis; Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; Emil Huseynli, Deputy Chairman of KOBİA; and Yurdanur Murzoglu, Chief Executive Officer of "Uğur Sağlık Teknolojileri" LLC, who emphasized the development of medical innovations and the strengthening of international partnership.
At the conference, the importance of the "Artificial Intelligence Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025–2028" was noted, and it was emphasized that the document promotes the development of artificial intelligence, supports the application of modern technologies, and strengthens the qualified personnel potential.
Within the framework of the event, Turkish healthcare and technology companies delivered presentations on artificial intelligence-based resuscitation systems, VR simulation technologies, remote physiotherapy platforms, and modern radiological applications. At the same time, under the moderation of Dr. Sevda Jafarova, Medical Director of Leyla Medical Center, and Dr. Ibrahim Sivrikaya, Medical Administrator of Referans Medical Group, the future prospects of innovative medical technologies were discussed.
Within the framework of the conference, a cooperation agreement was signed between the High Technologies Park LLC of the Ministry of Science and Education and "Uğur Sağlık Teknolojileri Azərbaycan" LLC. Azerbaijan continues to make progress in the field of medical innovations and digital healthcare, contributing to the shaping of a healthy future.
