Official statement related to the death incident occurred at Leyla Medical Center:

 

We would like to bring into your kind notice that on 26.07.2022 at 15:48 pm, a patient (Muteb Almadui Saeed, a citizen of Saudi Arabia), who was treated in one of the private medical institutions, was evacuated to our medical center in the worst shape by an Emergency Medical Aid.

 

The health condition of the patient who was placed to our medical center was assessed as acutely severe based on the initial medical examination (unconsciousness soporose condition, skin and mucous membranes were acutely swollen, breathing tachypnea type, blood pressure ranged 34:16, heart rate - 106).

 

The patient who was transferred to our medical center was immediately placed in the intensive care unit and treatment began according to the doctor’s appointment relevant to patient’s health condition. At 6:45 p.m., sudden cardiac arrest occurred and patient’s heart beating stopped, despite all the medical interventions and efforts of the doctor, and at 7:10 p.m., biological death was recorded.

Note: The relevant authorities were informed about this death incident occurred at Leyla Medical Center and necessary measures were taken regarding this incident.

We kindly ask the representatives of the mass media to respect the rights of our medical center and not to publicize any news without clarifying their reliability with the press service of Leyla Medical Center to avoid confusion of public opinion.
